Telford Homes - International Way, Stratford
We are thrilled to share our largest awarded project to date. The supply of 442no bathrooms across 380 new build apartments. Such a vast development requires the expertise of our in-house projects team to forecast deliveries several months in advance in order to service the projects correctly. As a result our on-time and in full deliveries allow the build programme to run seamlessly. This is a prime example of CBS’s exemplary service levels which enables us to maintain great customer relationships.
Chase New Homes - 116 Cockfosters Rd, Barnet EN4 0DY
CBS are delighted to be supplying phase two of this prestigious Chase New Homes development comprising off 226 apartments. Products supplied are Hansgrohe special finished black brassware complimented by Roca furniture and matching black shower enclosures by Merlyn.
Antler Homes - Knights Green, Loxwood
The Team at CBS have a longstanding relationship with Antler Homes. With our director having worked alongside The Antler Homes team for the last decade. It highlights the company's exemplary service levels in not only providing industry leading bathroom specifications but also being fully engrossed within the clients build schedule which enables the development supply to run smoothly. and on time. We've been entrusted in the creation and delivery of this 27 unit scheme. One we're proud to collaborate with.
United Living, St Peters Hospital, Chertsey, Phase 2
CBS are proud to have specified and supplied 180no bathrooms across 147 new build apartments. This development was created specifically for NHS key workers. Brands used were Vado, Kaldewei, Ideal Standard & Merlyn
Remmus Designer Homes - Paddock Walk, Burgess Hill
CBS were thrilled to have worked closely with Remmus Designer Homes on their recent Paddock Walk development comprising of 8 detached homes in the sought after location of Burgess Hill. With a keen emphasis on individuality the developer opted for special finished brassware throughout with each plot being slightly different to it's neighbour. Crosswater's premium brassware & furntiure ranges were used throughout.
Telford Homes - Mill Road, Ilford
Our 2nd awarded Telford Homes Project of 2024. This one comprises of 239 New Build apartments. Repeat business means that we can confidently say we're doing the basics right. We've established some great client relationships over the years who entrust us to service some great projects.
Chase New Homes, The Waldens, Former Friends School, Mount Pleasant, Saffron Walden
A mixed development of 98 houses and apartments in Essex. We worked closely with the contractor in creating the bathroom specification for this development. Vado Brassware, Roca Sanitaryware and Flair Shower enclosures were the three prestigeous bathroom brands used for this scheme. Supply will take us through to the end of 2025.

A collection of 3, 4 & 5 bed houses across a stunning private development. CBS were proud to supply the most recent phase at Scholars which consists of premium bathrooms brands Hansgrohe, Kaldewei, Roca & Merlyn.
McWigg - 110 Shirland Road, Maida Vale
A beautiful collection of 19 apartments that we were proud to involved in the inception and supply of. Armera & Flair brushed Steel finishes were used throughout.
Antler Homes - Wokingham
Another great collaboration with one of our Longstanding clients. We were entrusted to create the bathroom specification across these 55 new build houses within the sought after area of Wokingham.
Hart Developments - Oakwood Terrace, Ongar Road, Writtle
We were entrusted by the developer to create a bathroom specification that oozes luxury. We looked no further than Crosswater fluted furniture, Hansgrohe's luxury Axor range & Armera Ceramics to complete the high-end contemporary finish.
Mantle Developments - Riddlesdown Road Purley
A collection of 21 premium apartments in the sought after location of Purley. We worked closely with the developer in creating a beautiful bathroom specification. It's great to work with a developer that truly takes pride in the quality of products that they use within their developments.
Bruckland Developments - The Waldrons, Rowplatt Lane, Felbridge
CBS Were proud to collaborate with Bruckland Developments on their Waldrons scheme consisting of 9 new build houses in the charming neighbourhood of Felbridge. We worked closely with their in house design team to create beautiful bathroom spaces throughout.
